I felt like the article itself is incredibly biased; it sounds like the ONLY information the writer received was from the family, but if that number is true - that's huge. Is there any way we can find out which agencies received the NOIDs? I know that I've asked before, it's just hard to know the number and not the agencies involved - because what do we do with a number? I'm sorry, it's just frustrating sometimes. 23 NOIDs?!!
