The person who discloses that number is the mother.
I felt like the article itself is incredibly biased; it sounds like the ONLY information the writer received was from the family, but if that number is true - that’s huge. Is there any way we can find out which agencies received the NOIDs? I know that I’ve asked before, it’s just hard to know the number and not the agencies involved - because what do we do with a number? I’m sorry, it’s just frustrating sometimes.

Brendan - where did you find out that it was these agencies? I didn’t think the US Embassy was issuing this info? That’s alot of NOIDS for this small handful of agencies? Do you also have the break down by agency?
i am going to guess that these were the ones licensed in the offending province(s)
