		<description>Why does Thomas not investigate the Agencies that are involved, they will blame anyone except themselves. When you have an Adoption Agency group like JCICS regulating their own members, what you get is non regulation.

I read with great sadness the Hawaiian International PAP who lost her referral, she was told that the baby had been referred to two couples, she says "we drew the short straw"

I hope this is not the start of Agencies pulling referrals because  USCIS are now looking carefully at adoption documentation in relation to orphan status. We will wait and see.</description>
