The 60 day estimate is a target-some approvals may take shorter, some longer-the embassy will not take inquiries from families before the 60 days and they will contact the families directly if there is a problem or question. 2. Some families have reported that the email approval showed up in their spam folder-so they are encouraging families to keep an eye on that. They are also apparently considering contacting the agencies as well as the families because of concerns of problems with email. 3. All cases will be investigated in some way-probably at least 50% will require field investigations. 4. There was apparently some talk about the procedure for submission of the paperwork, emphasis on accuracy. Specific things that were mentioned to us was:
