I'm very very thankful they have taken this on and I can imagine that it is very complex to summarize feedback from so many different parties BUT I felt it was important to present this to the DIA, etc. long before the extention deadline of the MOU in March, so this timeline slipping is worrisome to a certain extent. I guess all we can do is hope that when it is released, signed and presented it will have a solid impact and was well worth the wait!! Yes, this is troubling.
