I think it is a good step forward, but it's a shame it didn't go a little further. I think the standards were watered down from what was originally contemplated, and there's no real penalty not only for non-compliance, but for flat out refusing to sign as well. That list is correct. I matched the licensed agencies on the Embassy website with the list posted by JCIS. As Jonathan said, not really a surprise for a few of them. Despite the concerns about JCIS being self-regulating and not self-regulating at times, I think this is a good step forward and wish that all agencies licensed in Vietnam were required to sign on or lose their license.
