The decision has upset many in Sweden, as the swedish adoptions agencies did not get any critic for their adoptions - in other provinces than the american report reffered to. Swedish officials say that Vietnam has to sign the Hague convention before any more adoptions take place and that Vietnam has promised to do so later this year. Hi,
