		<description><![CDATA[Some observations that our team made was that both the Ha Tay and Bac Giang centers were involved in international adoption. Ha Tay has had children adopted to Italy, France, and the U.S. Bac Giang children were being adopted to the U.S. (though it wasn&#8217;t clarified if children were being placed elsewhere).
