This is a list of adoption agencies who claim to have Vietnam adoption programs despite holding no license in Vietnam or agencies who have no license but are working with licensed agencies in some capacity..
Remember, always ALWAYS use an agency licensed for adoption in Vietnam and always reference the Embassy site to double check that your agency is on the list.
